Only Products bought directly from GetABiggerButt.com are eligible for a refund. Refund request must be made within 35 days of purchase, or 30 days from the day you receive the item. Items on Sale or purchased through clearance are not eligible for refunds and are final sales. There is a $5 restocking fee for domestic customers and $12 restocking fee for international customers. These fees may be waived if the product it's self is in the same or near same condition as it was in when it was shipped. If an item is lost via post and can be verified as lost by USPS (tracking) or damaged by the time you receive it, you can contact us to have a replacement sent to you immediately or refund. Refunds are given as per request. Please allow 3-21 days for the refund to appear back into your account. The amount of time a refund takes to appear back into your account depends on your bank. If you purchased a tangible item, you must first return the item before a refund is made.
