Allow me to introduce myself. I am the author and firm believer of "
The Woman's Body Bible". I, like you, struggled emotionally and physically because the size of my butt. While trying on some jeans I realized my butt just didn't look right. I tried on the next, and the next, a few skirts, a dress, and so on and I realized
NOTHING I tried on fit me correct. My butt was virtually not even there.
I COULDN'T TELL WHERE MY BACK ENDED AND BUTT BEGAN! I walked out disappointed envying every person I seen with a big butt... even those with an average butt. I felt worse and worse as the day went by.
Before (I know, how embarrassing!)
Don't get me wrong, I had been working out; doing squats and lunges, running and kickboxing, but that did not do anything for my butt.
From experience... regular old squats and lunges just don't make your butt bigger they can make it rounder but it SHRINKS! I went home that day and decided I needed to find a way to make my butt bigger. I asked around and all I got was the bull
"eat cornbread and Mc.Donalds", "sit on your butt all day", "there's a certain sexual position that makes your butt bigger", "squats and lunges", "you can't get a bigger butt. It's all genetics". I'm sure you got these too. Trust me, lies, and I'm sure you know that by now. If you don't, you will!
Trial and error helped me learn that
98% of things don't work or are unhealthy and most things are scams. Most books are made "one size fits all" and think just exercising and gaining weight will help you achieve a hourglass figure. I remember the first book I invested in, I worked as an affiliate first to try and earn the money to purchase it, WOW was I disappointed! It was then I realized I was going to have to research this myself. I knew it was possible. I compiled a little journal of everything I learned went to get some advice from different professionals (nutritionist, professional trainers, and my Dr.) to make sure everything was okay to follow and try out.
In 1 month I went from 32c-29-33 to 32c-24-38.7. While walking to one of my classes, my cousin begged me to let her in on whatever I did to get a bigger butt. After a few days of her harassing me I finally let her borrow my journal since I didn't really have to much free time to explain everything to her and
within 4 days she was already telling me how she was seeing a difference and was amazed. Soon I had a few of her and my friends using my system. It was when someone told me "Girl, do you know how long I was looking on the net to find a way to get a bigger butt? You know how many girls I know that would kill for this info."
