Q: Are the Ebook, paperback book, and disk the same?
A: Yes, they all are the same information, just a different format. You do not need to purchase all of them. The book is a paperback that is shipped to you, the ebook can only be read on your computer and needs to be saved on your computer. The Cd-r is the ebook, but does not need to be saved on your computer.

A: We get a lot of wrong email addresses so, contact us again and be sure to triple check your email address. We respond to all emails, unless they require no response. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders.
Q: How do I go about sending my before and after photos?
A: Log in to your email service provider (Yahoo!, MSN, GMail, etc) and in your account upload your photos. Be sure that you name the photos (before.jpg, after.jpg). Attach them to your message. Q: If I prefer my package shipped by someone else can I?

Q: I purchased the book and I got declined but the payment is showing up on my statement, will I receive the book?
A: No. If your payment was declined you will not be receiving the
purchase you desired. This product should be on your statement as
"pending". This is simply YOUR bank holding your money and you will see
it back in your account within 2-5 days depending on your banks
policies. You can contact your bank personally to confirm this if you
wish. We will not be charging you. It can take a full statement period for the charge to drop from your account. It will remain as pending. You can contact your bank and request the hold be taken off your account. Please email us any forms that may be required to confirm declined purchase.
